Merchants: Registration is now CLOSED. Welcome to our fair village. For this event, we are trying to recreate the sounds, smells, sights and feeling of a medieval village square. As this is an SCA demo – Please do your best to show our guests (the public attending) the ambiance of the Current Middle Ages by wearing appropriate garb and offering items as period as possible.

Grounds: McMenamins has given the word for 2010, there will no longer be any driving on the lawn whatsoever. Be prepared to transport your goods by hand truck or wagon, etc. No staking/driving/parking or jumping up and down on the green sprinkler control boxes.

Parking: Just as last year, there will be several off-site parking areas only a few yards from the event site. When checking in on Faire day, Merchants will need to pick up a parking pass and display it prominently. For merchants that need RV or Trailer parking (not cargo trailers), McMenamins has reserved one area for RVs. You need to contact us well in advance as the RV space is limited. If you have a cargo trailer or vehicle, it must be parked off-site in one of the designated parking areas.

Site Fees: There will be a nominal site fee of $20 for all merchants, regardless of booth size. Vendors should be prepared for lots of sales! So, please bring more change - merchants were constantly asking to make change with McMenamins staff, causing them to run low.

Over the years FITG has grown in popularity as a community event and we are expecting attendence to top 5000 people this year! As a result, Pacific University which has borne most of the costs in prior years (printing, advertising, hay bales, etc.), has asked that the site fee be shared by all vendors (in past years, SCA vendors did not pay a site fee). To help defray those costs, both SCA and Non-SCA vendors alike, will be asked to pay a site fee.

Registration: We do need you to pre-register so we can estimate space allotments. Please be sure to fill out all information relating to size of foot print needed, description of merchandise, web site address, special needs, etc. All food and alchohol sold on site during the event will be provided by McMenamins Grand Lodge.

Pets: The Grand Lodge has a NO DOGS policy, please respect this.

We want to make the best impression possible, so please NO displays of public drunkeness or inappropriate behavior on the event grounds..
