Merchants: Welcome to our fair village. For this event, we are trying to recreate the sounds, smells, sights and feeling of a medieval village square. As this is a historical demo – Please do your best to show our guests (the public attending) the ambiance of the Current Middle Ages by wearing appropriate garb and offering items as period as possible.

Friday
9:30 am: Merchants, Demonstrators and Crew need to be done unloading and have vehicles parked OFF SITE.
You can find merchant maps on the desk in the lobby or find the coodinator on site.

3:00 PM: Gate opens for guests.
Dusk: Site closes for event guests.

 

Saturday,
9:30 Merchants, please be ready to open!

10:00 Gate open to public

 

Enjoy the day!
